Hamakom
Hamakom ("The Place") is an ongoing series exploring landscape as a place of belonging, memory, and spiritual encounter. Rooted in personal experience, the paintings reflect a search for home — not only as a physical location, but as an emotional and sacred space. Figures move through expansive landscapes where the boundaries between self and place begin to dissolve, suggesting the interconnectedness of the human spirit and the natural world. Through expressive brushwork, layered color, and the symbolic use of light, the series invites contemplation of our universal search for meaning, rootedness, and transcendence.
